Mädchentore zählen doppelt
Why are women* such a rare sight in football stadiums? The zine is an outcome of the seminar “Zine Cultures” from summersemester 2025 at University of Arts Berlin and is exploring the world of male dominated football hooligan culture.
During my research I wasn’t able to find a whole lot of information on this topic as far as zines- everything out there was written, photographed and curated by men for men. So at one point I decided to make my own using a existing zine and glueing smart texts from smart women over everything. Most texts are an exerpt from the book “Gender Kicks” from F-in Netzwerk which I highly recommend giving a read.
